Four of Bristol's best Seafood talents under one roof.
On July 10th, we welcome four of Bristol's most exciting chefs, coming together for one night only.
Kicking off our Seafood Week weekend with the ultimate Seafood Feast, celebrating not only the best seafood the South West has to offer but also showcasing some of the finest Bristol talent when it comes to Seafood cookery.
Joining forces for the night are some of Bristol's best unsung culinary heroes: Dan Rosser of Noah's, Oscar Davis of The Pony Group, Will Roth of CORD and more. Four brilliant minds, one shared table, and a menu built entirely around the very best of British coastal seafood.
This is collaboration at its finest. Five courses that put seasonal seafood front and centre, championing the incredible produce on our doorstep and the people who catch, cook, and care about it.
