Join us Saturday 11th July at the Bristol Seafood Week Emporium at The Pump House for our Oyster Dressing Competition — and show us what you’re made of.

Whether you're a total novice or dressed a few oysters in your time, take the spotlight and show us what you can do!

It’s free to enter, with the winner taking home the prize of a Fish Class for two people at The Pony Chew Valley Cookery School, plus the all important bragging rights!
