Join us Saturday 11th July at the Bristol Seafood Week Emporium at The Pump House for our Oyster Shucking Competition — and show us what you’re made of.
We’ve got three categories:
🔹 Beginners – never shucked? This is your moment.
🔹 Intermediate – a few shells under your belt? Step up.
🔹 Professionals Best Dressed Oyster– chefs, fishmongers, seasoned pros… let’s see what you’ve got. (Pro's please drop us an email to confirm participation.)
