After last year's sell-out banquets, Saturday 11th July brings together four of the South West's most celebrated chefs and producers for a night that captures everything Bristol Seafood Week is about — seasonality, sustainability, and the joy of great seafood shared together.
Mark Chapman (COR / Ragu), Josh Eggleton (The Pony, Chew Valley), Seldon Curry (Seaside Boarding House), and Johnny Burnett (Conscious Fish) are joining forces to create a five-course feast that puts British coastal produce exactly where it belongs - at the heart of the table.
Collaborative, convivial, and completely special. This is the South West's seafood at its very finest.
