We open the weekend with the ultimate Seafood Feast, where fire and seafood take centre stage. Bristol's rising stars will cook a live-fire five course seafood feast to remember, with a collaborative set menu from the city's most exciting up-and-coming chefs. This year’s feast is brought to you the powerhouse collective made up of the teams from Caper and Cure, Noah’s, The Kensington Arms and Gambas.
